We provide 3 types of licenses for all our products depending on the number of members in your team.

• Professional. The Professional license is a single-user license that is ideal for solo designers, freelancers, and small startups. It allows one user to use Riddle UI for commercial and personal projects without any limitations.
• Team. The Team license is perfect for startups, agencies, or any other kind of business where there are more than 2 employees working on a project. With the Team license, you can have up to 6 users on your team.
• Unlimited. The Unlimited license is designed for large design teams, agencies, and enterprises. This license offers unlimited members, which means you can have as many team members as you need without any additional cost.

If you need to upgrade your license from a single user to more than one user, get in touch via hello@riddleui.com and we can organize a discount based on what you've already paid.

This is a legal contract (“Agreement”) between you (“Licensee”, “Customer”) and Riddle UI(“Licensor”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, and using any of our digital assets ("Item", “Asset”) you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions.

You are licensed to use purchased Assets in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects (”End Products”), for yourself or a client.

• You may publish the item in your team library within your organization for unlimited participants.
• You may create an End Product for a client.
• You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
• You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
• This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.

• You can't share the item link into the web, or distribute (e.g. embed) with Figma public access.
• You can't place any of the Riddle UI design files into the End Product as it is.
• You can't sell, license, sub-license or distributed and make any number of copies of the End Product.
• You can't re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can't do this with an Item, either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item.
• You can't re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
• You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

Please note, we cannot issue a refund if you simply change your mind after purchasing or decide not to use the file.

If you're not satisfied with the product you've purchased — contact us and provide a trustworthy explanation of why you changed your mind. Due to the essence of digital products, we can't verify you stopped using our assets and deleted them.

The Website uses "cookies" to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Please note that all purchases made through our website are processed by trusted third-party payment processors, namely Gumroad and lemonsqueezy. When making a purchase, these platforms may require you to provide personal and/or non-personal information, such as your name, address, email address, credit card details, or other relevant information. It's important to be aware that Gumroad and lemonsqueezy have their own privacy policies (available at gumroad.com/terms and lemonsqueezy.com/terms) that outline how they collect and utilize personal information. Please be advised that Riddle UI does not have control over Gumroad and lemonsqueezy's information collection and usage practices. If you have any questions or concerns regarding their policies, we recommend reaching out directly to Gumroad and Lemonsqueezy for clarification.

We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account and personal data will likely be among the assets transferred.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy relating to the Website at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy on the Website. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Website.

• Student discounts are automatically calculating based on email address. Please send us an email to hello@riddleui.com if you don't have a .edu email address
• Non-profits can apply for a discount by contacting us on hello@riddleui.com
• We do promotions from time to time. These can either be sent through us or via one of our partners. Coupons can only be applied to new orders and can't be used to get a (small) refund on your order.
